Registered Psychologist
In my work as a Psychologist, I am driven to support individuals and families who struggle to find balance with their mental health and emotional well being. I have been in counselling practice for over 7 years treating couples, families, adults, adolescents and children.
My focused work as a trained Marital and Family Psychologist offers an approach that encourages a broader view when examining the origin of problems and where they reside. Lasting change is ready to happen when we can work with all the pieces of the puzzle and learn to see how each piece interacts with one another to make the entire picture complete.
In addition to my years of practice as a Marital and Family Psychologist I am currently pursuing a specialization in Nutritional/Eating Psychology. This training facilitates work with people who struggle with the most common eating concerns – weight, body image, overeating, binge eating, digestion, fatigue, immunity, mood and more. Providing a refreshing holistic approach that works with the psychological aspects of eating helps get to the root of issues that are all too often experienced in our relationship with food and ourselves.
